It was my first house and I knew nothing what to look for in a house.  But it didn't take me long to understand it.  Soon I felt as I was an expert.  It was all because of the crash course I received from Lynn and Joan Dodd on daily basis when touring the properties.  I was surprised when they started telling me what was wrong about the houses, not just the nice things a typical Realtor tells about a house.  This built a trust between us.  And that's all it takes.  Once you have trust, everything falls into place.  That means you have someone who is honest; someone who is navigating you in the right direction; someone who is available and diligently working for you; and someone who cares about you and your family.  They are amazingly funny and humurous too!  I love my house.  My wife and my daughter are happy.  If I sell or buy another property, I know who to call.  Thanks, Joan and Lynn!                    -- Fayyaz Uddin
